Our policy requires 24 hours to process your order before it is shipped out. This ensures that each piece is carefully inspected and packaged to reach you in perfect condition.
Orders placed during the week will be processed and shipped with the next 24 hrs ,however orders placed on Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Tuesday .
we have a non -refundable and no exchange policy. if your order arrives damage, please contact us immediately so we can resolve this issue .
our product is not suitable for children under the age of 10 and should not be consumed by them. Any use or consumption of the product by individual under this age is strictly prohibited. K&l jewellery is not responsible for any action ,consequences ,or incident that may arise from the misuse of this product or failure to follow the guidelines .
